Unsere Almkühe

Our designer Stephan Zech's childhood memories have influenced the design of the Ostheimer Alpine cows. He envisions holidays in the high mountains of Switzerland, where the beautiful brown cows with their magnificent black and white horns are encountered on the alpine pastures, their deep tinkling of bells already audible from afar. Often, a herdsman or a shepherd boy is present on the pasture… or one might even imagine Heidi herself, traveling there with the cows or goats.
